This is something so many of our brides wonder about. Your typical wedding photography day is centered around the couple and their plans for the day. A huge part that plays into that would be if they bride decides to incorporate a "first look" into your day or not. This would be a private moment with your significant other, and allows us to capture nearly all major images before the ceremony takes place. This is beneficial to a bride if they want to go straight to the reception post ceremony, or if you want to be able to visit with guests during your cocktail hour before the grand introduction. this also goes great for couples who choose to have solely 6-7 hours of coverage on their wedding day. Our team makes sure that all formalities are taken care of as soon as we are able, so that we can capture the joy of the reception.

Some brides  opt out of a first look, and choose to save theat first look for the moment they make their way down the aisle. They may want that cocktail hour in place for all of the photo formalities while guest are settling into the reception.

There is no right or wrong way to do things, because in the grand scheme of things, it is in fact your day and it revolves around YOU!
